Carlota Quiñones is a Puerto Rican businesswoman with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication from Ana G. Méndez University. She also studied to be a chef at the San Juan Hotel School and trained in Corporate and Social Events Coordination at the Universidad del Sagrado Corazon. She studied Interior Design at the Liceo de Arte in Hato Rey, designed her own TV show on Channel 40, Coma & Punto, giving cooking classes on television. She was later hired on Channel 30 on the María Maria Ella y tus Noches TV show as a Cooking Teacher. She was recognized on Channel 4 and other media outlets for helping non-profit foundations by giving free cooking classes to low-income children from special communities. Carlota was a writer for major magazines in Puerto Rico with cooking recipes for Pasitos Magazine. She lived in Miami and worked for non-profit foundations, as well as for the Sédanos Supermarket at the fair, giving cooking classes and live workshops. Married to José Colls, mother of two children, and member of the Rotary Club of San Juan. Currently, she offers guidance to companies on how to improve their marketing in an economical, creative, and original way with great results.
